About the Role

We're looking for a Content Coordinator to join our marketing team and help bring brands to life through engaging, witty, and trend-savvy content. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in content creation, particularly for TikTok, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). If you love puns, stay on top of viral trends, and know how to craft thumb-stopping content, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging multimedia content tailored for TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling posts, maintaining a consistent content calendar, and optimizing engagement.
Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and clients to brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering an active and engaging online community.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience creating content for social media, particularly TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
Strong writing skills with a talent for crafting witty, pun-filled, and engaging content.
Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design software.
Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for digital trends.
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles related to content creation (preferred).
