Position: Entry Level Events Assistant Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart their career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the organization and execution of various events, which may range from corporate gatherings and fundraisers to social celebrations and festivals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and parties.
• Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and rentals.
• Help create event agendas and manage schedules to ensure timely execution of all activities.
• Support marketing efforts by assisting with the promotion of events through social media and other channels.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
