Key Responsibilities
As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us plan and execute engaging, high-energy marketing events. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the coordination and execution of live events, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns
Supporting event setup, vendor coordination, and material preparation to ensure smooth operations
Interacting with event attendees to enhance brand visibility and deliver a memorable customer experience
Distributing marketing materials, including flyers, promotional giveaways, and branded signage
Managing pre- and post-event logistics such as outreach emails, follow-ups, and feedback collection
Conducting basic market research to identify new event opportunities and audience insights
Tracking and reporting on event performance using KPIs and attendee feedback
Providing professional on-site support to ensure each event runs smoothly and on schedule
