We are seeking an experienced Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to join our dedicated inpatient care team at a growing, physician-led health system in Great Falls, MT. Work in a state-of-the-art 36-bed acute care hospital with a highly collaborative team and a manageable patient census. Highlights:
Hospital-employed, full-time position
7-on/7-off schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work alongside:
Dedicated Nocturnists
Pulm/Critical Care physician
Experienced Nurse Practitioner also working 7-on/7-off
Daily census averages 15 patients
1:5 nursing ratio, adjusted by patient acuity
Procedure experience preferred but not required
Strong support from Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and a full panel of on-call specialists
Robust EMR and efficient workflows

10-bed open ICU
2 cardiac cath lab suites
8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center
5 observation beds
8-bed Emergency Department staffed with highly experienced clinicians
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
Demonstrated experience in hospital medicine; procedural skills preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
