- This is a key position in the Global IT team that supports all aspects of our Global Web Platform (GWP), primarily focused on our eCommerce Solution - SAP Commerce Cloud.
- This application is closely integrated to our SAP ERP system
- The primary focus and area of support for this position will be diagnosing, documenting, and troubleshooting technical and functional issues within the Commerce Cloud (CC) application and CC/SAP interfaces
- This position includes both technical and functional work, requires analyzing technical issues, and understanding functional processes to help diagnose, document, and resolve issues and enhancements.
GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES - Lead the identification, scoping, road mapping and implementation of Global Web Platform and Ecommerce projects including requirement analysis, business process design, configuration, testing & training
- Support business processes in Customer Service, Business Operations and Marketing functions as they relate to the web platforms, modules and the integration points
- Analyze, develop and complete assigned break/fix requests and execute the needed changes in configuration
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with the developers on reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms
- Support different forms of testing as executed in standard Commerce and ERP platforms
- Works directly with the business users to implement projects and improve business processes and operational efficiencies by implementing best practices in processes or systems
- Understand business needs and capabilities, gather user requirements and determine technology solutions to meet those business needs
- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions and optimize business processes
- Communication of complex technical concepts to less technical business users
- Assist during the entire project lifecycle:
- driving out requirements
- identifying how our solutions will support users
- designing custom solutions and integrations
- configuring our solutions
- bug fixing and production system tuning
- providing code reviews and product training
- Participate in the development, rollout, documentation and communication of system changes, strategies, standards, and processes
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related fields
- Minimum 7+ years of applicable IT experiences or like technologies (SAP Commerce, SCPI, Adobe AEM)
- Solid background in order management in an ERP platform (i.e. SAP)
- Solid background in master data (Customer, Products and Prices) in an ERP platform (i.e. SAP)
- Ability to work with multiple business units independently to document well understood requirements and dependencies
- Thorough understanding of business operations in a manufacturing environment; more specifically experience with Web Technologies, ECommerce and related technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix systems issues
- Experience working with Web Services (SOAP & RESTful). Relational Database Management Systems (DBMS), HTML and XML
- Experience in the B2B e-Commerce industry is preferred

- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive or confidential information
- Consistent attendance either onsite or remotely as needed by the business
- Ability to take direction and accept supervision, while also work independently when needed
