Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct both color measurements and visual assessments with a critical eye.
• Engage in quality control testing processes.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of systems and procedures.
• Manage data entry tasks on computers.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• Possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Exhibit excellent color discrimination abilities.
• Successfully pass the Farnsworth/Munsell 100 hue test.
• Familiarity with pigment identification, including chemical classes and polymer compatibility.
• Experience in a quality control or manufacturing setting.
• Detail-oriented in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Proficient in basic mathematical operations.
• Adept at reviewing work thoroughly and following instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry functions.
• Capable of multitasking with precision.
• Quick decision-making skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be capable of standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift bags of material up to and including 55 pounds safely.

Shift: Night hours (10:45pm - 7:00am). Training provided during day hours (6:45am - 3:00pm).
